Thank you for choosing Nwar Line. Whether you are ordering ready-to-wear or custom pieces, please review our policy before placing your order.

 

Custom-Made Items

No Refunds

Since custom abayas are made according to your measurements and preference, all custom orders are final and not eligible for refund or exchange.

 Alterations

Minor alterations may be requested within 48 hours of receiving the item depending on the case.

Defective Items

If you receive an item with a defect, you must contact us within 48 hours with photos for review. Replacement will be offered if approved by management.

Order Accuracy

Customers must ensure all measurements and design preferences are correct before confirming the order.


Ready-Made Items

Exchange 

Exchange is only accepted within 48 hours if the item is unused and in original packaging.

No Refunds

 Refunds cannot be issued for personal expectations, change of mind, color preferences, or personal taste.
